While doing a routine email check this morning, some inspirational quote pop out at the left panel...

“Never do business with friends, family, or church folks, lest you live to regret it.” - Rebekah Cyphers

What do you think on this issue? Little did I remembered, similar topic has brought up by one of my legal lecturer during my college time. 

"Always be certain with black-and-white when you are dealing business with your friends and family" - Dhanesh Balakrishnan 

Nonetheless, the above quote doesn't serve as an universal indicator in every situation, in a real business situation, various factors must taken into account.. what are the common indicators that you are looking when choosing a business partner?
